New Shoes!

Madeline turned 6 months on Tuesday, the same day my younger two brothers and sister turned 18. She's still growing like a weed! She continues to be in the 97th percentile for height. Her weight dropped to the 75th percentile, probably because she's so busy and active. She officially crawled for the first time this afternoon. She loves to explore new things in our apartment. This morning she discovered the power button on the TV and found that it was really fun to turn the TV off while Scott was trying to watch the olympics. So, he put duct tape over the button.

I've caught the "back to school" shopping fever. On Tuesday evening we went to The Children's Place Outlet to see what kind of sales they had. We bought Madeline a couple pairs of shoes. I have a feeling she'll be walking this winter, so the shoes will actually serve a purpose instead of just being an accessory. We tried the tennis shoes on her when we got home. They're still too big, but were so cute on her.
