Have you ever been asked what your most embarrassing moment was? Do you know exactly what moment was your MOST embarrassing, or do you fumble around trying to think of the worst one? I'm usually a fumbler - not that I haven't had embarrassing things happen, but there's never ONE that really stands apart from the rest as the MOST embarrassing. I will no longer be a fumbler. I now know what my most embarrassing moment is. It happened to me today.
I put Madeline down for a nap this afternoon and got in the shower. I was expecting Scott to come home at any minute from the clinic. A couple of minutes after I got in the shower I heard him talking really loud in the living room. It had taken me longer than usual to get Madeline down for her nap, and naps are sacred things in this family. I was afraid he would wake her up, so I jumped out of the shower and ran out to tell him to be quiet.
Only it wasn't Scott. It was the pest control man.

Sooooo.... did you scream loud enough to wake up Madeline? I think I must share this story at the superbowl party tomorrow! Too funny.
WOW...that definitely takes the cake...even Clint is laughing! Sorry to laugh at your expense, but thanks for being big enough to share it with us so we could have a good laugh! I want to know how your approach to jumping out of the shower has changed now.
It will be pretty hard to top that in the remainder of your life! Oh man, that's funny but I can't imagine how embarassing that was.
